Principal Flute
with the Atlanta Ballet Orchestra.
Jeanne performs with the Atlanta Opera,
Gwinnett Philharmonic, Theater of the Stars
Orchestra, Theater League, Birmingham
Symphony Orchestra, and many local
ensembles. Her experience as a
performer led her to be a part of the world
premier of Elton John's "Aida" here in
Atlanta. Along with her playing,
Jeanne manages Carere Music, as well as,
teaching students. Jeanne is a Yamaha
Performing Artist.

Justin Carere

Tony Carere
Education: BM in
Music Education, Fredonia State University
Besides being the President of Carere Music,
Tony has made a living playing his
instruments for 40 years. Not only is
he one of the fines doublers anywhere
around, he is also the musical contractor
for the Fox Theater's Theater of the Stars.
He can be heard on numerous recording
commercials, such as Papa John's and Coca
Cola. As well as his playing career,
Tony served as Saxophone instructor at
Georgia State University for 15 years and
continues to teach three days a week.

Diane Granata

Charissa Gransden
Education:
Bachelor of Music Degree in Education from
Georgia State University. She has
studied flute performance with Charles
Delaney at Florida State University and with
Christina Smith of the Atlanta Symphony.
Charissa has
taught private flute lessons for over 15
years, specializing in individual and
ensemble performance techniques. She
has taught flute performance clinics in
schools throughout Cobb, Clayton, Cherokee,
Dekalb, and Henry Counties. In
addition to maintaining a regular teaching
and freelance performing schedule, Charissa
has also performed with Orchestra Atlanta.

Seth Kuehn

York MM, Georgia State University; Education
Specialist, Brenau University; A wealth of
education-related workshops and seminars
Performance
Experience: Atlanta Pops, Atlanta Ballet
Orchestra, and many shows at the Fox
Theater. Seth is also a public school
teacher in Early Music Education.

Amber Marrero
Education: BM in
Music Education, Columbus State University;
MM in Music Education, Instrumental
Conducting Concentration, Columbus State
University.
Amber studied
flute with Natalie Kruger for five years and
conducting with Dr. Robert Rumbelow for a
year and a half. Amber spent six year
in the public education system as a band
director, including McDuffie and Gwinnett
County systems.

Ashley Mraz
Education:
Bachelor in Music Education and Flute
Performance from the University of
Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
Ashley is the
Band Director at Sequoyah Middle School in
Dekalb County. She is a member of the
Atlanta Wind Symphony. She is the
Second Prize Winner of the 2002 Atlanta
Flute Club's Young Artist Competition.
She has taught private flute lessons for
three years. She studied flute with
Olivia Gregory, Jeanne Carere, and Bradley
Garner. She is the former principal
flutist of the Atlanta Youth Symphony
Orchestra and co-principal of the Atlanta
Youth Wind Symphony |
