Erik Herndon
Education: BA,
Georgia State University
Performance
Experience: Erik is a guitarist, composer,
and educator in Atlanta, GA. Erik is
currently the Orchestra Director at Jean
Childs Young Middle School, a member of the
Georgia Perimeter College Community Jazz
Ensemble, and freelances as a Jazz
guitarist. He graduated Magna Cum
Laude in 2005 from Georgia State University
with a Music Education degree. While
at GSU, he studied with Dr. Marilyn Seelman
and Dave Frackenpohl.

Tom Righi
Education: BA
Kent State University
Performance
Experience: Tom has been teaching privately
since 1983. He performs regularly with
the featured Dixieland Band on the Riverboat
at Stone Mountain. You can also hear
his guitar talents on the commercial
"playing in the dirt again" for Pike's
Nursery.

Alex Watson
Education:
Atlanta Institute of Music
Performance
Experience: An honor graduate from the
Atlanta Institute of Music, Alex Watson has
been playing guitar since the age of 12.
He has always been very involved in church,
working with youth, and is currently the
worship leader at Grace Church in Sugar
Hill. He writes, records, and performs
original music and has developed a love for
jazz. Alex will be returning to
Kennesaw State University to complete his
music degree.
